Can I enter Mexico with a travel document that immigration of USA gave me since I don’t have a passport?
Maria L asked:
I’m Colombian and I have asylum here in USA. I’m planning to go to Mexico and I don’t have a passport. I got the travel document that I need to re- entry to the states, but I’m afraid they won’t let me enter Mexico with just that document. Does anyone know anything about this?

You must have a passport.
Going into Mexico they won’t ask for anything. Usually you can just walk or drive right in. If going deep into Mexico (away from border areas) then you may need to get some sort of travelers visa from the Mexican government. When returning to the US, thats when you would have to show proper paper work to reenter the USA.
Your bigger concern is Mexico letting you in. Right now, you’re legally w/o a country, so any country you visit wants to ensure that you won’t ask for residency status THERE.
I know that the Bahamas won’t let you in w/o a passport or equivalent. Mexico might.
