How do I establish residency in New Mexico if I live permanently in a travel-trailer on my land?

register to vote and pay taxes. make sure you have a NM mailing address too, like a PO box if you don’t have a mailbox at your place.
Need to go to the local Government office that can help you with that and they will give you an address if you don’t have an address like you say that is the first thing that you need to get…An address….
Do you pay utilities there? If so, that may help.
Register to vote, register your travel trailer in that county with that tax parcel number. If you own the land I am sure New Mexico is taxing the property. Get a New Mexico drivers license.
