I will be traveling to Albuquerque in April. Is there any areas I should stay away from?

Stay north of downtown, the SE side of ABQ is the most dangerous.
I don’t live there, but do have family. Make sure you take the Sandia Peak Tram ride. Great sights at the top and a nice place to grab a drink or some food at the top as well.
A good place to eat is The Range…good food, good menu and they have drinks.
