Yeah since it’s outside the US.
You only need it right now if you are flying or arriving by boat. It is fairly easy crossing the boarder by car, it’s a hassle but it’s not that bad so who cares. And if it is too much of a hassle then just don’t go.
Yes. It’s outside the USA so it seems sensible to me. Though the cost of the passport is not good. Millions of people in other countries manage to travel outside their countries using passports. I don’t see what all the fuss is about.
