I’m planning a trip for the summer in late July. I’m thinking Mexico, somewhere like Cozumel or Playa Del Carmen. Would it be mistake do to unbearably hot weather conditions? I’ve looked at weather charts and they say 88-92 being the avg. temp. for that time of year in those areas. I don’t know if I believe them, and would be interested to know if anyone has any personal experience.

My brother is 17 and I will be his “guardian”. As of now he has no government issued ID and was wondering what he will need in order to travel with me.

Will his birth certificate and his ID from school work?
