Do you think Bush will travel the world after he leaves office or just “that other country”. New Mexico?

This is due to a back up of Passport applications … I will be traveling to Mexico on September 30th and will actually be in Mexico without a US passport (until its mailed to me back home in 4-6 weeks, I will then have my mother mail it to me in Mexico).
